• 3 months most recent bank statements / 401K / investments
• Rental agreements for investment properties
• Current mortgage coupon - refinance only
• Current landlord name and phone number - purchase only
• Sales contract - purchase only
• Note and deed of trust of current mortgage - refinance and second mortgages only
